Fees include the use of utilities, heat, water, lights, restrooms and the available furniture as needed.

Availability: Rooms are available from 6:00am to 12am. Fees are charged per use.

Security Deposit: Security Deposit must be made in order to reserve space.

Key Deposit: $49 refundable key deposit for keys issued for events or set up outside of normal business hours (9am - 5pm, Mon through Fri).
